Businessman Onebe has case to answer in wife’s murder — Court
“I have examined the evidence presented by the prosecution and found that the two accused persons have a case to answer,” Justice Khaukha ruled. Onebe, an accountant by profession, is accused of murdering his wife and later dumping her body in a septic tank at their matrimonial home on Kaggwa Rise in Mawanga zone, Munyonyo parish, Makindye division, Kampala.
Ochom also cited Onebe’s attempt to travel despite an earlier agreement with the Police that he would notify investigators before leaving, saying this raised suspicion that he intended to evade investigation.
