Bishop Banja leads Namirembe Christians into 2026 with call for peace
Banja prophesied that God would do great things in 2026 for those who would walk with Jesus, rejecting the devil.

The Bishop of Namirembe Diocese, Moses Banja led Christians into the New Year (2026). He prayed for peaceful 2026 general elections.
"We pray for peaceful elections in 2026."
He added, "We are entering 2026, arise and shine. Today is your time to shine, and it's Jesus Christ who brings the shine. It is the time to shine. Arise and shine."
He prophesied that God would do great things in 2026 for those who would walk with Jesus, rejecting the devil.
"Uganda needs Jesus; we all need Jesus. The glory of God will shine upon you. We thank God has enabling us to go through the year 2025," Banja said.
He prayed for those imprisoned innocently to be released in the New Year.
