Never let the pressure of the moment make you lose your future.
Genesis 25:32
“Look, I am about to die,” Esau said. “What good is the birthright to me?”
33. But Jacob said, “Swear to me first.” So he swore an oath to him, selling his birthright to Jacob.

🤦♂️Esau traded the lasting benefits of his birthright for the immediate pleasure of food. He acted on impulse, satisfying his immediate desires without pausing to consider the long-range consequences of what he was about to do.
