Forgive and set that prisoner free, which prisoner is you.
Ephesians 4:32
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
🧏♂️ Why do you feel so uneasy when you meet someone in particular? Why get that lump in the throat? Do you know that the person does not know that you hate him or her? But you have become so uncomfortable and bound in chains of unforgiving. 🤷♂️ Forgive yourself and them, pray for peace of mind and don't only forgive others, but release them and set that prisoner free, which is you.

Almighty God, thank You for forgiving me countless times.
We pray that Your grace enables us to forgive and release that friend, workmate, opponent, family member, and spouse who has held me in chains for so long. May all the chains of unforgiving break free and give me the freedom of love and compassion. Amen
