He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us again. On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us.

Almighty God, most powerful and gracious, we thank You for the many challenges You have enabled us to overcome. We pray that You never forsake us at our hour of need, and may we experience Your goodness in this land of the living. Amen
