Tame your tongue for the sake of peace.

James 3 : 6

The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole body, sets the whole course of one’s life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell.

👅  The tongue can be used to bless or curse. It can also cause a fire of misunderstanding, which can destroy others or even you. Hence, let us learn how to tame it for the sake of peace and unity amongst us.

Almighty God, thank You for the power of communication bestowed upon us. We pray that You take control of our tongues, and may the words of our mouths be a blessing to others and a source of unity amongst the community. Amen
