Besigye allegedly discussed plans to assassinate Uganda Air Force pilots

The witness told court that he and Besigye discussed issues related to acquiring sophisticated missiles, and about drones called Mavic drones, payments, and explained how much the drones can carry because they planned to attack Uganda Air Force aeroplanes.
