Bad Black’s ex-boyfriend loses bid to recover sh12b

The court examined Namuyimbwa’s testimony that she had given the money to Ssentongo to purchase properties but found that her allegations were unsupported by independent documents or financial evidence linking the money to him. The justices noted that Namuyimbwa admitted using company funds for personal expenses, including trips to Dubai and Thailand, cosmetic surgery, entertainment, parties and the purchase of vehicles and properties.
