Babalanda cautions RDCs, RCCs against illegal firearms, casual dressing

The minister revealed that UPDF has constantly raised a concern of some RDCs and RCCs who were and are not serving officers yet having firearms and some put on army attires which is contrary to provisions of the UPDF act.
