Arua youth accuse RCC of corruption
The youths and councilors in their letter dated August 03, 2023, accuse the RCC of allegedly covering up corrupt officials in Arua city, intimidating the staff, failure to fix the alleged mess in Arua market and the Taxi Park among others.
