AG Kiwanuka hits back at Minister Otafiire over Besigye claims

“Those were very strange statements. Otafiire is senior to me, and as my senior, he knows how the Government works even better than I do,” Kiwanuka said. 

Kiwanuka said Otafiire should address his concerns about prolonged detention of Besigye to the cabinet, saying it is the right forum to address the matter.
