Abuse of office: Charged railways officials 'still under probe'
The prosecution team argue that the three contracted Deloitte Uganda Limited to conduct the recruitment of the managing director of Uganda Railways Corporation.
The accused have all been charged with one count of abuse of office under Section 11(1) of the Anti-Corruption Act of 2009.
