URC inaugurates school train services along Kampala-Mukono highway

In an effort to alleviate traffic congestion, the Uganda Railways Corporation (URC) has inaugurated a school train service along the Kampala-Mukono Highway dedicated to transporting students.
The service launched on Friday (April 17) in Mukono, commenced with Seroma High School in Mukono.
URC officials said the service will also facilitate the return of students when schools reopen.
