KIKUUBE - The state minister for Bunyoro affairs Janepher Namuyangu, is in disbelief after discovering that 800 hectares of Bugoma Forest Reserve have been cut down by encroachers.
It is understood that part of the forest reserve has been cleared for Charcoal burning, timber and cultivation.
