Love on trial: Why young couples are running to court for divorce
According to the latest statistics obtained by The New Vision, in the last two months, 134 divorce petitions involving people aged between 35 and 40 have been filed at the family division of the High Court. Many of the petitioners are businesspeople, politicians and other professionals seeking the dissolution of their marriages, with adultery cited as one of the leading grounds for separation.
