Omoro's only ambulance 'unfit for referrals and emergencies'

Vinansio Okello, the Omoro district health educator, told Radio Rupiny that the ambulance stationed at Lalogi Health Centre 4 lacks basic supplies such oxygen hence, rendering it unfit for referrals and emergency response.
