Kamuli witchdoctor in custody over stepdaughter's defilement

The suspect has been identified as Abudallah Kabanda, a resident of Butangala ward in Northern Division, Kamuli Municipality, while the victim is a primary five pupil at Buzibirira Primary School.

A 28-year-old witch doctor has been arrested and detained at Kamuli Police Station on allegations of aggravated defilement of his fifteen-year-old stepdaughter.
