Father who impregnated, infected 14-year-old daughter with HIV/AIDS jailed for life
Prosecution said between 2022 and February 2025 at Nkware Village in Kanoni Town Council, Gomba district, Mulika unlawfully performed a sexual act with his 14-year-old daughter (name withheld), thereby impregnating and infecting her with HIV/AIDS.
Mpigi High Court Judge Deepa Verma passed the sentence on Godfrey Mulika on Wednesday, after he pleaded guilty to the offence.
