Case against singer Kenzo dismissed on a technicality

On Monday, Justice Anna Mugenyi dismissed the suit because Luba Events Limited did not take the necessary steps to have the case heard and determined by the court. 

Last year, the events marketing agency dragged Kenzo to court, seeking over sh146m in damages, alleging that the singer breached the performance contract.
