‘You’ll see my twins at the right time’ – Desire Luzinda

Singer Desire Luzinda has asked fans to be patient as they await a glimpse of her twins with husband Levixone, following a recent social media post that sparked excitement and speculation about the couple’s family.

The couple recently made headlines after a video featuring them surfaced online with the caption “Ssalongo”, a Luganda term commonly associated with a father of twins. The post was widely interpreted by fans as an announcement that the couple had welcomed twins.

The development sparked excitement among their followers, many of whom have since been eager to see the babies and learn more about the reported addition to the family.

However, in an interview on Monday, Desire urged the public to give them time, assuring fans that they would meet the twins when the time was right.  “You’ll see the twins at the right time,” she said.

The singer also dismissed suggestions that the announcement was a publicity stunt, insisting that the couple were not playing games with the public or making claims simply to attract attention.

Beyond the buzz surrounding the twins, Desire also opened up about one of the things she looks forward to whenever she returns to Uganda from abroad: preparing meals for her husband.

She revealed that cooking for Levixone is something she genuinely enjoys, to the extent that she makes a point of packing cooking ingredients and kitchenware whenever she travels back home.

“I always look forward to cooking for him. And among the things I like to pack are cooking ingredients and kitchenware,” she said.

According to Desire, Levixone enjoys the meals she prepares, a gesture that encourages her to keep showing her affection through cooking.
