Natasha Nyonyozi, a 23-year-old finalist in the current Miss Uganda pageant 2024/24 is a stunning and rising figure. Natasha was born and raised in kyonyo, kamuganguzi near katuna  Kabale district, Uganda.

In the past months since her engagement in the Miss Uganda pageant, Natasha has revealed her strongest skills and has been proven as charismatic, elegant, compassionate, inspiring, passionate, poised and confident.
 
Natasha Nyonyozi has been branded as contestant No. 2 amongst other 28 contestants (finalists contesting) for the prestigious Miss Uganda beauty pageant 2024/25. 

Before the bootcamp, her fellow contestants elected her as the president of Miss Uganda class 2024/25 by dint of; resilience, determination, kindness and intelligence. Throughout the bootcamp, Natasha has executed assigned activities to the best levels of excellence and perfection.

Her resilience, intelligence and confidence  stood out on special days like presentation night, sports challenge and talent night where she emerged as an outstanding host (talent night), athlete and professional swimmer (sports challenge). 

Natasha’s study at Coventry University in England -United Kingdom, enabled her to graduate with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. Currently, she is a founder and entrepreneur of a beauty parlor “Girl Hive” located at The Cube, Kisementi, Shop B20.

In one of her statements when questioned whether she was taking the crown home, she responded “The crown for Miss Uganda has been my dream since I was 10 years old. So far my parents and fans have been so supportive. With the crown, I will be able to transform lives with it. Become the voice of teenage mothers, young girls with no access to education and sexual reproductive health products and services.”

Furthermore, Natasha is a strong advocate for children with special needs (specifically children with autism) and has done charity work to support this cause over the years.

Beauty pageants, especially Miss Uganda 2024 have been a staple of entertainment and culture for decades, but their significance extends far beyond the glitz and glamour.

This year's tagline/theme is “Beauty Beyond Looks”. The show is currently broadcast from Friday to Sunday every week on StarTimes - Makula Kika channel from 8pm to 9pm. 

Today, pageantry is a platform for young women and ladies to showcase their intelligence, talent, and commitment to social causes.
