The Agricultural Sector Strategic Plan (ASSP) aims to transform the sector from subsistence to commercial agriculture. One of the four priority objectives of the ASSP is increasing access to critical farm inputs within which enhancing access to and use of fertilisers by all categories of farmers, is a strategic intervention.
