We have never had a feud - Juliana and Namubiru quash rumours

For the last 10 years, to be time specific, songstresses Juliana Kanyomozi and Iryn Namubiru have, in the eyes, WhatsApp groups, and Facebook blogs, of their fans, been nemeses. 

In fact, rumours had it that the two could not see eye to eye, to the extent of wishing the worst for each other. The fact that Namubiru and Kanyomozi have not always come off as very close friends in public, indeed, fueled the rumours. 

In part two of their YouTube one-on-one interview, today, July 11, the two quashed the rumours that have lingered on for so long.

"At some point I had to block the bloggers and journalists who used to come to me with cooked-up stories of you plotting terrible things against me, because I knew none of those things was, especially considering the facts that at the time, we were very close and always talking with each other," Namubiru told Kanyomozi in the interview on the latter's YouTube channel.

"I think," Kanyomozi added, "that most of these print media and social media outlets were just benefiting from that imaginary feud, which in fact never existed. However, my concern was always that the fans believed these things.

The two spent the better part of the interview wondering how far the rumour went, and hoping that after the interview, their fans would have their fears allayed. 

Kanyomozi wished Namubiru a successful concert slated for July 26 at Kampala Serena Hotel, to which Namubiru expressed her excitement to know that she will attend the concert.
