In Soroti City, thousands of Christians welcomed the New Year in church, with St. Peter’s Cathedral hosting a solemn crossover service led by Bishop Julius Wanyoika of Kenya’s Thika Diocese, who urged believers to commit all their plans to Jesus Christ the Savior.
