Rabadaba reveals emotional last conversation with late ex -wife

Dancehall singer Rabadaba (Faisal Seguya) has spoken publicly following the sudden death of his ex-wife, Nalongo Maggie Kaweesi.

Maggie's death was announced on Monday, with reports indicating that she died after suffering a sudden health complication and was admitted to the ICU at Mengo Hospital.

Breaking his silence, Rabadaba said he was devastated by the news, despite the differences that led to the end of their marriage. In a heartfelt tribute, he recalled that they had spoken just a few weeks ago and that she had sounded well.

"When I heard that you had left this world, I was gutted. I didn't want to believe it, but I have to accept it. We had our differences, like any other relationship, but we also shared good moments. We had a small chat a couple of weeks ago, and you sounded just fine. Farewell, my friend. Wumula mirembe," he wrote.

The former couple had held a private introduction ceremony before relocating to the UK, but their relationship later ended on a sour note.

Meanwhile, rapper Fik Gaza weighed in on the matter, criticizing Rabadaba over how he allegedly treated Maggie during their relationship. His remarks come as old audio recordings of the former couple's heated exchanges continue to circulate on social media following Maggie's death.
