Prima Kardashi quits Kampala Crème as Zahara Totto fight looms

Socialite and businesswoman Prima Kardashi has pulled the plug on her Kampala Crème reality television journey, bowing out of the Pearl Magic Prime show just as the drama surrounding her name was reaching boiling point.
Prima, real name Prima Ndagire, announced her exit on Tuesday, August 12, 2026, through her Instagram Stories, bringing an end to her stint on the show after about a year.
“It’s time for me to say goodbye to Kampala Crème,” she wrote. “Thank you for the memories, lessons, friendships, and every moment we shared. I’m grateful for the journey and proud of how far I’ve come. Here’s to new chapters, new beginnings, and bigger dreams.”
Prima, who never seemed short of an opinion on the show, did not disclose what prompted her departure or reveal what her much-talked-about “new chapter” will look like.
Her exit comes at a particularly interesting moment, with attention firmly fixed on her highly publicised feud with fellow Kampala Crème star Zahara Totto. The two are preparing to settle their differences in a Uganda Boxing Federation-backed celebrity boxing bout set for September 12.
Prima has already promised to bring the heat. “I am here to silence Zahara Totto because she talks a lot. I’m looking forward to our fight,” she declared.
Prima joined the reality series in its third season in 2025 alongside Sheena Holm and Umrah Mulungi, joining returning stars Zahara Totto and Mami Deb. Her outspoken personality, business profile and colourful public life quickly made her one of the show's attention magnets.
Her public profile had already been built through her businesses, social media presence and highly publicised relationships with singer Geosteady and media personality Mr Henrie.
But Prima is hardly the first big personality to bid farewell to the show.
The cast has gone through several changes since the series debuted, with Baby Gloria Mulungi Mbaleka, DJ and media personality Etania Mutoni, Laika Umuhoza and Mami Deb among those who have previously left.
Etania, who spent two seasons on the show, described her experience as an “incredible and unforgettable” journey before making her exit.
Mami Deb’s departure later paved the way for another reshuffle, with Tamara Kainembabazi joining the cast in 2026 alongside Prima, Sheena, Umrah and Zahara.
