Gospel musician and ministry leader Jean Peace Nakiyingi has reached out to 100 expectant mothers in Buyende District, donating mother kits to support vulnerable women as they prepare for childbirth.
The donation was part of a two-day ministry outreach at Da Hope Land Church, where Jean Peace also hosted Union Vision Mission Africa for a spiritual and community engagement programme.
The mission team, led by Rev. Godwin and Pr. James Bachumirwa, held prayer sessions and shared the Word of God with believers, offering spiritual encouragement to the community.
Beyond the pulpit, Jean Peace has established several initiatives on her ministry land in Buyende, aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable members of the community. These include Da Hope Nursery and Primary School, which provides education to disadvantaged children, and Da Hope Land Church, which serves the spiritual needs of residents.
The outreach also targeted young people, with Jean Peace and the Gideons distributing Good News Bibles to school learners and praying for their future.
The activities brought together expectant mothers, believers, schoolchildren and other community members, with a focus on supporting families, nurturing faith and investing in the next generation.
Through the initiatives, Jean Peace is extending her ministry beyond music and preaching, using it to address some of the community's social and spiritual needs.
