Filmmakers awarded at Pearl International Film Festival
Hosted by stage actor Shamin Mayanja and actor Mulshid Mugabire, the winners were unveiled, starting with the Best Short Film Award, which went to Block by Dean Mani, and the Best Documentary Award, claimed by Ateker by Edmond Tamale.
