Diddy loses 41 days of good behaviour credit over prison fights

Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly lost 41 days of good behaviour credit and 400 days of access to prison shopping privileges following disciplinary violations at a US federal prison.

According to entertainment news outlet TMZ, Diddy’s disciplinary record includes two alleged fights and two minor violations involving prison phone rules.

Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing employees of the US Bureau of Prisons, told TMZ that he had obtained the music mogul’s disciplinary history.

The records reportedly show that Diddy was cited for fighting on July 31 and September 30, 2025, with another major violation recorded on October 1. He also reportedly committed minor phone-related violations on July 7 and September 19, 2025.

The penalties could complicate his time behind bars. Good behaviour credit can help eligible inmates secure an earlier release, while losing access to the prison commissary means missing out on buying extra snacks, cakes and other food items.

Rojas also reportedly said Diddy could be classified as a disruptive inmate, potentially making him eligible for a transfer to another prison. However, no such transfer had taken place at the time of the report.

The latest revelations come days after reports that Diddy’s prison release date had been pushed from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028.

The 56-year-old is serving his 50-month sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, after being convicted in 2025 on two prostitution-related charges. He was acquitted of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

His prison life has also attracted attention following reports by NBC News that he allegedly enjoyed special treatment, including access to a contraband cellphone containing nude photographs, alcohol, massages and elaborate meals.

Prison authorities reportedly placed him in solitary confinement as they investigated the allegations.
