Fangone Forest boss Alien Skin may soon have to trade his music studio for a house-hunting mission after reportedly accumulating Sh36 million in rent arrears at his rented residence in Makindye, Kampala.

The singer, whose real name is Patrick Mulwana, is reportedly staring at eviction after his landlord, Isaac Katubere, allegedly ran out of patience. It appears even the landlord's generosity has a limit, and unfortunately, it is not measured in music streams.

According to an eviction notice dated October 26, 2026, Alien Skin allegedly owes approximately Shs36 million in unpaid rent, accumulated over the past 12 months.

The notice reportedly gives the singer one month to clear the outstanding balance, warning that failure to do so could attract further legal action. In other words, the landlord is no longer interested in Fangone Forest performances; he wants his money.

Located in Sempa Zone, Makindye, the upscale residence was reportedly rented by Alien Skin in December 2025 and has since doubled as a base for his Fangone Forest crew.

Now, the forest could be facing a relocation exercise, with the boss and his crew potentially having to pack their belongings and find another place to operate from. The only question is whether the next landlord will demand rent upfront or accept musical talent as part payment.

Alien Skin has reportedly been given until November 26, 2026, to vacate the premises, although he is yet to publicly respond to the eviction claims.
