With PLE only days away, Soroti briefs invigilators and scouts

During the briefing of invigilators and scouts at Pioneer Primary School in Soroti City Thursday afternoon, examinations monitor Hellen Christine Amongin urged the invigilators and scouts to desist from taking alcohol during the examination period.
