Makerere University graduates Luzira inmates with diplomas, certificates

The 7th Awarding ceremony held at Upper Prison saw 73 Luzira Upper Prison inmates earn diplomas while one(1) scooped a certificate. The graduates were for the 2017/2018 and 2020/2021 academic years.
