Govt to revamp all public university halls — First Lady
The First Lady said the Government has adopted an orderly approach in planning, where projects will be prioritised according to availability of resources to ensure sustainable development.

“We celebrate the renovation of this hall of residence [Mary Stuart]. Let me assure you that the refurbishment of the remaining halls of residence will follow in due course,” Mrs. Museveni said.

KAMPALA - Mary Stuart Hall, the oldest hall of residence for female students at Makerere University, is one of the iconic structures that light up the skies of
