"Your efforts have paid off today, congratulations! The skills and knowledge you have attained from here should help you create jobs. Be leaders and chat the new path to success in life," Nkata said.

Dr Herbert Mukasa, the YCI's principal, recounted the institution's transformation journey, which he said is marked with excellence and resilience citing annual pass-out of skilled graduates who he said are absorbed into the job market after.
