Museveni salutes Besiisira for his contribution to national devt

President Museveni told mourners that leaders are like social doctors because they are expected to find an effective cure to the challenges of society.

“It is therefore sad that we have lost a loyal cadre and champion of the people’s interests,” Museveni said in a eulogy delivered by the Vice president Maj. (Rtd) Jessica Alupo in Kagadi district.
