Defending champions Vipers will face Western Region outfit Rugarama FC in the round of 32 of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
This comes after round32 draws were held on Wednesday at FUFA. Vipers eliminated Lugazi Stars 2-1 while Rugarama FC ejected Kigezi Homeboyz 5-4 in a penalty shootout.
In other games, KCCA will make a trip to Eastern to face FUFA Big League side Jinja North United while Kitara will battle Gaddafi in Masindi.
The round of 32 games will be played between February 14-21.
This season’s prize money courtesy of Stanbic Bank and Kansai Plascon is sh180m with the winner walking away with sh50m. The runnersup will take home sh25m while the semifinalists will receive sh12.5m each. The quarterfinalists will get sh6m each while the teams that finish in the round of 16 will go home with sh3m each. Those that will reach round of 32 will earn sh2m each.
