Stop mocking UEDCL, says Minister Nankabirwa

Instead, Nankabirwa has urged Ugandans to be patient as the utility company takes the requisite measures to address the outages, slightly six months after it took over the sale and distribution of electricity across the country from Umeme Limited. 

The minister (Pictured), noted that UEDCL has since made infrastructure developments like upgrading substations at Kakiri, Kabale, Masaka central substations and replaced up to 206 faulty transformers on the network.
