Museveni's visit underscores the commitment of both leaders to deepen cooperation and promote shared development goals in the East African region, coming a couple of days after he met Kenya’s High Commissioner to Uganda, Joash Maangi, at State House Entebbe, where both sides reaffirmed their commitment to cross-border cooperation.
Following the talks, both presidents are expected to address the media to reflect on the outcomes of their discussions.
