MTN Uganda closed Monday’s trading session at the bourse at 425.45 per share, down 0.16 shillings, on volume of 43,100 shares traded.
On the other hand, Airtel Uganda closed at 162 per share, up 0.49%, with 2,700 shares traded during the day, according to market data from Crested Capital.
Other counters traded names showed no price change. Uganda Clays (UCL) closed at 6.6 per share with volume of 103,900 shares, while Quality Chemical Industries (QCIL) ended at 155 per share on 51,500 shares. Stanbic Holdings closed at 78 per share with no deals reported.
Other counters, including BATU, DFCU, BOBU, NIC, New Vision and Umeme, recorded no deals.
