JKL Lady Dolphins guard Evelyn Nakiyinji was the star when she scored a team high 16 points and 4 assists as the defending champions completed a league double over KCCA Leopards at Lugogo on Friday.
Her teammates Brenda Ekone and Ritah Imanishimwe added 15 and 16 points respectively, while Hope Akello, Flavia Oketcho and Becky Longom contributed 22 rebounds altogether to ensure the defending champions remained on course.

This was KCCA’s first loss in the second round having lost only two matches in the first round.
A 69-47 convincing win means that the Lady Dolphins continued with their dominance having recorded one loss against the KIU Rangers.
During the first leg, the Lady Dolphins conquered the Leopards in a two-point game (83-81) which trimmed their supremacy somehow.
Meanwhile, defending champions the Oilers continued with their winning streak after obtaining a convincing 81-67 victory over Dmark Power.
