NEW YORK - On August 23, 2025, I visited Uganda House in New York to renew our IDS with my family.
The NIRA team welcomed us and provided respectful, attentive, and helpful service. They demonstrated professionalism and competence throughout.
The purpose for this message is to applaud the team leader and his team for their exemplary service rendered to all Ugandans, who showed up for the same without reservation.
Furthermore, I would like to extend my appreciation to NIRA headquarters, Kampala, for organizing such an awesome service to the people in the diaspora.
