Sudhir, in a joint venture with the government, is undertaking a multibillion project of building a convention centre to host over 128 heads of state and making several expansions on the existing resort. 

Sudhir said he was securing all land around his luxurious Speke Resort Munyonyo that was previously affected by ‘unprecedented rise in the levels of Lake Victoria between 2021 and 2022’.
