'Uganda remains committed to addressing climate change'
The Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academics, Kampala University, Dr. Wardah M Rajab Gyagenda, said women and children are most disadvantaged as far as climate change is concerned, insisting that assisting and educating them on the vice was timely.
