Turkish national faces 15 years in jail over wetland destruction

The charges against managing director Kerim Ray, 58, and manager Eric Avunalo, 23, carry a penalty of up to 15 years in jail or a fine of sh2b upon conviction, according to the National Environment Act of 2019.
