Regional agricultural summit roots for free movement of grains across borders
Dubbed the 9th Africa Grain Trade Summit, the two-day event which is taking place in Kenya and has a total of nine countries, including Uganda, observed that despite efforts by regional bodies to promote free trade 'barriers in movement of grain for areas of deficit to areas of supplier' still remain.
