Are you a bridal vendor? Then, the 2025 Bride & Groom Expo running from Friday, June 27 to Sunday, June 29, is your chance to dazzle thousands planning their dream weddings with your best services and products.

From stunning wedding gowns to exquisite cakes and luxurious venues for honeymoons, bring your A-game to Uganda's biggest bridal showcase!

This call to excellence has been made by Susan Nambuusi Kayanja, Vision Group’s Advertising Manager, Sales.

“Bring good quality services and products. Create a good impression and experience for the people who will attend the expo,” Nambuusi encouraged.

In keeping with ensuring a memorable expo, Lorraine Tukahirwa, Vision Group’s Head of Marketing and Communication, has also urged exhibitors to create beautiful memories.

“We’ve heard stories from guests who attended the expo while planning their weddings. They look back at their wedding success and attribute it to the Bride & Groom Expo. They’ll tell you, ‘I met my decorator here.’ ‘I met the person who designed my gown here.’ So you, the exhibitors, are becoming part of those memories.”

Exhibitors, she advises, have to think beyond the transaction and craft experiences for the guests.

“They pay for tickets, walk through your stalls and engage with your teams. Some will take your business cards, make calls, and follow up. Be ready to engage audiences. Offer demos, create moments, create experiences. That’s the real takeaway.”

As is the case every year, showgoers will be treated to an array of exhibitors that include florists, caterers, photographers, videographers and bakers. Others are bridal gown designers, boutiques, DJs and live bands. There will also be service providers that include wedding planners, makeup artists, hair stylists, transportation companies, designers of invitation cards, providers of décor and tents.

But that’s not all! Themed “Beyond ‘I Do’: Building a Lifetime Together”, this year, the expo is going beyond the wedding to helping couples begin a new life on the right note.

“That’s why we have property and real estate companies exhibiting,” says Jackie Taweeka, Vision Group’s Events Sales Manager.

Assistant Superintendent of Police Henry Mwine assures security will be tight. “We shall be on ground to ensure that you are safe and your property is secured.”

Both exhibitors and attendees will be treated to a spectacular event, according Fiona Tamale, Vision Group’s Events Manager.

“It will be an unforgettable experience! Expect a well-organised and engaging event.”
