Govt pays sh139b to over 13,000 veterans

Retired Brig. Gen Emmanuel Musinguzi, the director of veteran affairs in the defence ministry, said while they have paid veterans sh139b from 2019 to date, there is an enormous number of unpaid veterans captured from 1992 to 2014 as part of a total of sh188b.
