Constituency: YUMBE WOMAN,

Oleru was born on December 3, 1975 to Drakai Khadija and Ayub Adiga of Pania village, Kophi sub-county in Yumbe district.

She went to Limidia Primary School, Yumbe Secondary School and Mvara Secondary School.
Oleru later joined the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) and got a bachelor’s degree in public administration.

She also has a master’s degree in public administration and management.
Before joining Parliament, Oleru worked as a teacher at Aringa Primary School
She was the secretary for the youth council of Romogi.

 2000-2003: Investment chairperson for Lulu sub-county She is married to Mohammed Abason Ingamule.
