Constituency: ADJUMANI EAST,

Mamawi was born on September 29, 1988 to Brani Festo and Jovita Chandiga of Aliwara village, Mungula parish, Itirikwa sub-county, Adjumani district.
He went to Subbe Primary School, Monosbala Secondary School and St Benard’s College in Masaka district.

Mamawi has a diploma in agribusiness management.
He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and rural innovation at Makerere University.

He previously worked with Adra Uganda as a project assistant.
He is the district councilor representing Itirikwa sub-county in the district council.
He is married to Stella Komouo Mamawi and the couple has four children.
