Dubai-based Ugandan boxer Abdul Azizi Ssebulime is confident of knocking out Tanzania’s budding pugilist Juma Choki ahead of their lightweight title elimination fight slated for July, 22.

Dubbed the Battle of East Africa, Ssebulime alias ‘InnoLee De Hitman’ and Choki will lock horns in a marathon 10-round contest at the prestigious Dubai City Studio Arena.

Signed under Cuban boxing, Ssebulime vows to be ruthless and to give Choki no mercy when their time in the ropes rolls off.

“I’m set and more than ready to finish this Tanzanian. I have trained well for the last three months and I feel rejuvenated” Ssebulime promised.

Adding that “Choki is a good boxer but I’m a tough one. My target is to put him on the canvas before the fourth round”

Ssebulime comes into this fight boosting a 10-fight ring record in the paid ranks winning all of them with six by knockout.

The former Lukanga boxing club made his professional debut in 2021 following his missed chance to represent Uganda at the Tokyo Olympics games in Japan.

He will however face a resilient Choki who on the other side is yet to lose a fight since turning pro in 2017.

Choki is similarly undefeated where he has won all his seven fights in professional boxing.
